Weldin House Renovations
Complete exterior and interior restoration of an 18th century fieldstone, wood walled L-shaped structure. Demolition and rebuilding of the back addition, reconstruction of the 18th century stone wall, restoration of windows, doors, woodwork repairs at roof and exterior trim. Reconstruction of the late 19th century south porch was completed. Interior restoration included plaster walls, custom woodwork, flooring and metal work. Sitework was also completed as part of the overall scope.

Richardson Hall Window Restoration
Original construction of this grand Victorian was completed in 1882 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. Richardson Hall is a contributing resource within the Victorian Dover Historic District. Restoration work included complete restoration of the 60+ windows at BRS' state of the art mill shop.

The Towers Bed & Breakfast
Selective demolition of fire damaged timber structure and rebuilding of timber frame, fabrication of new exterior siding to match existing historic, restoration of wood single hung windows with frames, installation of new veneer plaster, replication of interior trim to match existing historic stained trim, and ceramic tile.

Old Sussex County Courthouse
Exterior wood shingles were replaced with new cedar shingles. Windows were removed and reglazed and cracked windowpanes were replaced. Interior plaster was finished with a white wash, new window head flashing and selective mortar repointing on the chimneys and removal and repair of all exterior shutters. Paint and semi-transparent stain to exterior wood.
Up-fitting Renovation
DSU Living & Learning Center Laundry Room Renovations
Converted a full service hotel laundry room to a self-service college dormitory laundry room. This project included demolition of all existing systems and a complete renovation including concrete work, metals studs, drywall and HVAC system.
